What Awaits You at Our Villa?
Away from city life yet just 15 minutes from Kaş center and its beaches, our villa in Kasaba Village is carefully designed for conservative families and honeymoon couples. The fresh air of our village, its quiet surroundings with no other settlements nearby, and its valley setting provide cool evenings for restful sleep and an unforgettable holiday.
Bedrooms
The 1st bedroom is in the loft with a double bed and direct access to the terrace. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside lamps, a wardrobe and an iron set. The L-shaped sofa in the living room opens up as a 5th bed, and an extra floor mattress is available downstairs. Total capacity is 4-5 guests.
Living Room
Our open-plan living room with an American-style kitchen features an opening L-sofa, a coffee table, air conditioning, a TV, a dining set, and okey and backgammon sets.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, Turkish coffee maker, filter coffee machine, built-in stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, dinnerware and all necessary kitchen utensils.
Bathroom
There is 1 bathroom, which includes a washing machine.
Garden
Our sheltered and completely private garden features an umbrella, 2 sun loungers, a swing, a barbecue, a shaded garden table set, a kids' play area, a volleyball court, a fire pit, and a small vegetable garden where guests can pick fresh produce.
Terrace
Our spacious terrace overlooks the garden and nature, with 2 chairs and a table, an artificial grass floor, lighting and power outlets. Don't forget to stargaze in the evenings!
Pool
Our private, sheltered pool measures 3 x 7 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters — ideal for our conservative families.
Safety & Parking
Our villa has a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector. We also offer a shaded, covered carport and a security camera covering the exterior.
Location & Access
We are 15 minutes by car from Kaş center and its beaches, on a scenic paved road (the last 300 meters are gravel). We share our location details with guests before arrival. Markets, pharmacies, bakeries and gas stations are all nearby.
For reservations, a deposit is required in advance, with the remaining balance collected upon arrival.
